Reservation Request:
First, you request a transfer vehicle that suits your travel
date and route. This request can be made via online platforms, phone calls, or
through WhatsApp or Telegram.
2.
Vehicle and Price Offer:
We provide you with suitable vehicles and prices based on the
requested route and date. Pricing is done according to the type of vehicle
(Mercedes Vito VIP, Mercedes Sprinter1, Mercedes Sprinter2, etc.) and the type
of journey (one-way, round trip).
3.
Confirmation and Reservation:
You choose the vehicle that suits you from the options we
offer, and we confirm the transfer service. After confirmation, we send you a
reservation document or confirmation email containing the transfer details
(date, time, vehicle information, price, etc.). We always send a confirmation link
to all guests via WhatsApp.
4.
Payment:
Payment is made in cash to the driver after the transfer is
completed. We do not ask for any payment during the reservation process.
5.
Change and Cancellation of Transfer:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge by writing to
us via WhatsApp up to 6 hours before the transfer. You can also make changes to
your reservation at any time.

Information:
One day before your transfer, we send you an informational
message (such as date, time, name, vehicle, and driver information) via
WhatsApp or Telegram. Therefore, you must provide a phone number that has
WhatsApp or Telegram when making your reservation.
7.
Airport – Hotel Transfer:
For airport-hotel transfers, we greet you with a sign
bearing your name. We track your flight using the provided flight number
through radar programs. The driver will come to meet you 15 minutes after your
flight lands at the airport. Regardless of whether your flight is early or
delayed, or if you take longer to collect your luggage or go through passport
control, the driver will wait for you. It would be appreciated if you inform us
in such cases.
8.
Hotel – Airport Transfer:
For hotel-airport transfers, we send you an informational
message one day before the transfer with the date, pick-up time, driver’s name,
and vehicle plate number. The driver typically arrives at the hotel 10-15
minutes before the pick-up time and waits for you at the reception. Please make
sure to check the company name, license plate, and your name before getting
into the vehicle.
9.
Are there baby seats in the vehicles?
All our vehicles are equipped with free baby seats, which we
provide based on your children’s ages upon request.
10.
Will there be others in the vehicle?
The vehicle is private to you. No other passengers will be
in the vehicle except for you, the driver, and sometimes a guide.
11.
Will the vehicle stop on the way?
The vehicle will not stop unless you request it. It can stop
for toilet breaks or any other specific requests you may have.
12.
Delivery and Completion:
Please make sure you haven’t left anything behind in the
vehicle at the end of the transfer. If you forget anything, please inform us as
soon as possible. At the end of the transfer, make the payment to the driver in
cash.
13.
Feedback:
For any feedback or complaints after the transfer, please
write to us on WhatsApp. All your messages will be carefully read and taken
into consideration.
